Inside the studio

The detail, for
those who need it.

Most people only need to see the films. If you are a procurement officer, a producer, or the person who has to defend this choice internally, everything you would ask for is on this page.

The craft behind the camera

Every frame is decided before we roll.

Creative Direction

Narrative architecture, tone, and visual language. We define the through-line that makes an institutional message land rather than merely inform.

Script Development

Two-column AV scripts in English, Filipino, or bilingual configuration — so non-production stakeholders can review with complete clarity.

Storyboarding

Scene-by-scene boards covering framing, movement, and graphic treatment. The client approves the film before it is made.

Pre-Visualisation

Shot-by-shot previs on lens selection, camera movement, and lighting intent. Eliminates interpretive ambiguity between director and DoP.

Talent & Executive Direction

Coaching officials, executives, and non-professional speakers to deliver naturally on camera. Most institutional footage fails here, not technically.

Art Direction

Wardrobe, set dressing, branding placement, signage accuracy, and continuity actively directed — corrected on set, before the take.

Signature capability

The Same Day Edit

Your event ends. The film has already played.

01

Shot, cut, screened — same day

Acquisition, selection, edit, grade, and sound run concurrently with your event. The finished film screens before your guests leave the room.

02

No safety net

There is no second pass and no fixing it later. The deadline is the event itself — which is why it demands a locked narrative structure before the first frame is captured.

03

Why most vendors won't quote it

It needs a dedicated on-site edit suite, a second editor, redundant media handling, and a director who has already decided the shape of the film. We build all four into the manifest.

Methodology

The Zero-Failure Workflow

Most production failures are not creative failures. They are logistical, administrative, and communication failures — and every one of them is preventable. Our workflow moves risk forward in the timeline, into the phase where it is cheap to solve.

01

Pre-Production

Logistics, documentation, and risk elimination. Roughly 60% of total project management effort is invested here, before a single frame is captured. The Master Production Book is issued 48 hours before Day One.

02

Production

Art direction and on-site control. Locked shot list, redundant audio, dual-drive checksum data wrangling, and a single named client liaison. The set is where the plan is performed — not where it is invented.

03

Post & Data

Three scoped review cycles, multi-format conformance, a complete asset index, the consolidated rights file, and a signed Certificate of Completion and Acceptance.

Technical inventory

From the lights to the lenses

Owned inventory backed by vetted partners, specified per project and locked in a written equipment manifest before Day One — with declared redundancy on every single-point-of-failure item.

Cinema Cameras

High-end cinema bodies, mirrorless hybrids, broadcast PTZ, POV and action units, matched multi-camera sets

Optics

Cine prime sets, cine zooms, telephoto, macro, wide and ultra-wide, filtration and matte boxes

Lighting

LED panels and COB fixtures, fresnels, tungsten, softboxes, practicals, moving heads and stage wash

Grip & Movement

Gimbals, sliders, jibs and cranes, dollies, fluid heads, C-stands, flags, diffusion and negative fill

Audio

Digital mixers, wireless lavalier and handheld systems, shotgun and boom rigs, field recorders, IEM and comms

Aerial

Professional drone platforms with trained pilots operating under applicable CAAP regulatory frameworks

Live & Streaming

Video switchers, hardware encoders, converters, multiviewers, bonded cellular and wired internet failover

Display & Projection

LED wall systems, high-lumen projectors with edge blending, confidence and downstage monitors

Power & Support

Generators, distribution, UPS protection, battery systems, cabling, transport cases and site logistics

The documentation discipline was built for government work. It travels — the same process that clears a restricted infrastructure site also delivers a brand campaign on a feed deadline.
